Welcome to Heritage Park!

Residents, if you would like to look at the proposed Bylaws which you are currently voting on, please go to “Documents” and scroll down to the section titled “Association’s Governing Documents”. There you will see the current Bylaws and the proposed Bylaws as well as the Summary of Changes.

Please return your ballot to the Clubhouse by March 24th. Thank you for your community spirit.

Heritage Park is an active adult community located in the North Natomas area of Sacramento, California about 15 minutes north of the city center and about 10 minutes from Sacramento International Airport. At least one member of each household must be age 55 or over.

Heritage Park provides today’s active adults with a unique lifestyle focused on indoor and outdoor recreational and social activities. The gated, master-planned community is comprised of wide, tree-lined promenades for walking and biking. These shady sidewalks link the neighborhood villages and five one-acre, themed parks that feature gardening, tennis, basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, horseshoes and picnic facilities.
The crown jewel of Heritage Park is the 25,000 square foot Clubhouse designed to promote health, fun and relaxation. The Clubhouse features large outdoor and indoor swimming pools, an aerobics room, exercise center, multi-purpose rooms, a library, lounge, business center, ballroom and a pub.
